- This recipe was right on the back of a box of Bisquick I just bought.
- Here it is:

- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
- 2 packages (250 g each) cream cheese
- Cheesecake topping
- Fruit

- Heat oven to 350 F. Grease pie plate (10x1 1/2). Place milk, vanilla,
- eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender container. Cover and blend on high
- for 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high 2 min. Pour
- into plate. Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 min; cool. Spread
- Topping carefully over top. Garnish with fruit.

- Mix 1 cup dairy sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp vanilla.
